The petrochemical industry

1. Air curtain:
When it comes to using air curtains, compressed air is utilized as an airflow barrier to create a safe and clean area. Air curtains typically consist of a series of closely arranged nozzles that generate a high-speed airflow barrier, preventing the exchange of air and reducing the transfer of substances like temperature, dust, insects, and odors between indoor and outdoor environments.
2. Control Cylinders:
Control cylinders are a method used in the manufacturing process to operate equipment by controlling ink cartridges and compressed air. A cylinder is a device that includes a piston and a sealed container. When compressed air enters the cylinder, the piston moves, thereby driving other components connected to the piston and controlling the operation of the equipment.

3. Air compression:
Air compression is the process of compressing gas to a higher pressure. By compressing the gas, it reduces the required storage space and increases the energy density of the gas. In many cases, compressing air and using it for other purposes allows for a more efficient utilization of gas resources.
4. Pneumatic conveying:
Pneumatic conveying is a safe and economical method of transporting chemical products. It can be achieved through a single compressor, vacuum pump, and central control system. Pneumatic conveying ensures dust-free transportation, thereby protecting materials from damage during the transportation process. Additionally, the pipeline design for pneumatic conveying is relatively simple and can effectively transport materials to the desired location.

5. Material handling:
In non-explosive volatile environments, compressed air systems can be used for material handling. By controlling the flow and pressure of compressed air, materials can be moved from one location to another, facilitating a quick and safe handling process.
6. Nitrogen generation:
Nitrogen generation is the process of producing pure nitrogen by separating oxygen and nitrogen in compressed air. Typically, membrane filtration technology is used, where special membrane materials separate oxygen and other impurities, resulting in high-purity nitrogen.
7. Product drying:
Product drying involves using compressed air mixed with the product to accelerate evaporation and remove moisture, achieving product drying. By exposing the product to compressed air, heat and agitation are provided, accelerating the evaporation rate on the product's surface and achieving a rapid and efficient drying process.
